What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating outlet activities
• maintain staffing
• represent the Director of Food and Beverage when absent
• oversee service, labor, inventory, and operating costs
• supervise outlet activity and guest experience
• manage requisitions and payroll review
• communicate with culinary leaders about reservations and guests
• interview, train, coach, appraise, and counsel staff
• attend hotel and departmental meetings
• work the restaurant floor during peak service and coordinate with the bar and room service.
