The manager builds and optimizes marketing funnels and campaigns to reach benefits brokers, HR leaders, and CHROs, generate qualified leads, and contribute to TouchCare’s sales pipeline and market presence.

What you'll do

• Design and monitor multichannel campaigns across paid search, targeted display, and account-based marketing
• test landing pages, ad copy, and email nurture workflows
• create broker and consultant marketing toolkits, pitch decks, and educational playbooks
• coordinate joint webinars, roundtables, and co-branded materials with brokerage firms
• track MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution
• optimize HubSpot database hygiene, segmentation, and attribution
• guide conference and event positioning with marketing teams
• maintain materials on Shortlister and BenefitPitch and support RFP responses.
