Construction Project Manager – Ground-Up & Renovation

What you'll do

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
• oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and execution
• coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and documentation
• coordinate with superintendents on schedules, safety, and quality
• track costs
• lead project meetings and progress updates
• ensure code and safety compliance
• resolve project challenges
• maintain client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.
