Customer Engagement Advocate — Specialty Care

The Customer Engagement Advocate role is 100% onsite in Dallas, TX. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour based on experience, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a competitive monthly bonus program; top Care Advocates can earn up to an additional $1,200 per month. Lantern connects members with specialty care and dedicated care teams. The advocate guides members through the surgical process, explains program benefits, and coordinates with provider offices. By providing phone-based, concierge-style support, the role helps members navigate care and feel informed and supported.

What you'll do

• Provide phone-based member support in a service center
• deliver concierge-style service
• educate members about the surgical process, incentives, and program benefits
• assist with provider selection and coordinate with physician offices
• answer questions
• engage new members and maintain relationships with existing members
• help members navigate surgery.

Why this role

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends; six-week onsite training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; afterward, assignment to a nine-hour shift within a 7:00 AM–8:00 PM window.
