What you'll do

• Monitor and troubleshoot switches, routers, VoIP systems, and DC power equipment
• run, terminate, and test fiber-optic cables and cross-connects
• install hardware and configure software
• perform system cutovers and infrastructure decommissions
• respond to alerts and track troubleshooting in ticketing software
• provide tier-two and in-home customer support
• install services for anchor institutions and businesses
• assist with tier-three after-hours coverage.
