The Business Analyst 5 – EGLE Agency Services role is hybrid in Lansing, MI, with onsite work required Wednesdays and Thursdays from the first day; there is no remote-only option. Compensation is $51–$64 per hour. The analyst supports the Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) Agency through DTMB Agency Services. The analyst serves as a liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders, eliciting and documenting requirements, modeling processes, and facilitating strategy and roadmap discussions. The work helps EGLE navigate applicable policies and constraints while advancing projects, work requests, and IT solutions for public use.

What you'll do

• Act as liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders
• facilitate requirements elicitation and process modeling
• support strategy and requirements for enhancements and work projects
• contribute to EGLE work requests and Business Analyst team operations
• help EGLE navigate DTMB policies and practices
• develop or manage Agile user stories
• support discussions with senior management to develop roadmaps and resolve opposing positions.
