What you'll do

• Sell, prepare, and serve alcoholic beverages
• ring orders on a computer
• interact with guests
• accept payments and make change
• maintain bar cleanliness and complete side work
• check identification and refuse service to underage guests
• monitor guest behavior and offer a taxi or involve a manager when appropriate
• maintain a neat uniform and personal hygiene.
