What you'll do

• Service and maintain machinery, equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds
• inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery, including mills, slitter, and tool room equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and lubrication
• operate maintenance machinery such as lathes, presses, and grinders
• work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, gear boxes, bearings, and conveyor systems
• use hand, portable power, and machine shop tools
• weld and torch cut
• follow safety, quality, customer focus, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
