What you'll do

• Develop an integrated human capital strategy and actionable roadmap
• advise business leaders on talent and organizational implications
• coach leaders
• partner on organization design, workforce planning, role and skill needs, and operating models
• analyze workforce data and provide recommendations
• coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence
• support strategic planning, business programs, and special projects. Travel may be up to 20%.
