Construction Superintendent – Commercial Ground-Up Projects

What you'll do

• Lead onsite construction execution
• coordinate trade sequencing, inspections, quality standards, punch lists, materials, equipment, and deliveries
• maintain daily reports, manpower logs, safety compliance, and testing records
• resolve issues with owners and design partners
• manage schedule execution using three-week look-ahead planning.
