What you'll do

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide service
• explain menu items and suggest complementary products
• follow cash-handling, point-of-sale, food-safety, and company procedures
• prepare beverages and sandwiches to recipes and standards
• monitor coffee, espresso, and milk quality
• maintain service and seating areas
• restock supplies
• complete cleaning, opening, and closing duties
• support new baristas.
