What you'll do

• Prepare biweekly payroll for regular JCC staff and seasonal Medford Camp staff using ADP Workforce Now
• remind managers to approve PTO and timecards
• manipulate and import time and payroll data using Excel and ADP templates
• incorporate approved pay adjustments
• reconcile time reports and payroll registers
• resolve rate discrepancies
• provide registers for approval
• maintain rates and distribute payroll reports
• maintain confidentiality
• assist the Finance Department with projects.
