What you'll do

• Greet prospects and present the community and amenities
• respond to inquiries
• conduct tours and assist with lease applications and verifications
• research competing properties
• maintain resident relationships
• organize and participate in resident functions
• assist with move-ins and orientations
• complete lease and renewal paperwork
• maintain activity reports and resident records
• follow fair housing laws and company policies.
