What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after treatment and document findings
• adjust treatment plans as indicated and notify appropriate clinicians
• educate patients and families
• provide prescribed modality-specific care
• coordinate with dialysis providers and facility personnel
• administer and document medications and intradialytic transfusions
• assist with emergency response
• participate in staff training and quality improvement.
