Restoration Manager

The Restoration Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Camp Hill, PA. Pay is $70,000–$90,000 per year. SERVPRO Team Wall helps customers recover from fire and water damage, with the stated goal of making damage “Like it never even happened.” The manager oversees mitigation jobs from setup through completion, supports supervisors, and coordinates with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal staff. The role contributes to timely, well-documented restoration work, customer service, and effective use of labor and equipment; storm work may require travel outside the service area.

What you'll do

• Train and mentor Restoration Supervisors
• conduct estimates for non-emergency jobs
• review job scopes and coordinate staffing
• monitor job progress through updates and site visits
• communicate with customers, adjusters, and vendors
• resolve issues
• maintain job documentation and dashboards
• identify reconstruction opportunities
• review performance metrics
• coach supervisors
• lead training and performance reviews
• travel for storm work as required.
