What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to technical operational issues in a 24/7/365 environment
• manage edge network devices and performance
• document incident reviews
• create, update, and escalate trouble tickets
• coordinate cutovers and upgrades
• troubleshoot network, video, application, and data center systems
• support engineering deployments
• manage firmware and assist with DHCP, DNS, and IP address management systems
• and develop and maintain Python automation.
