The Travel Registered Nurse — Telemetry/Step-Down is an onsite travel assignment in Saint Louis, MO, with 3×12-hour day shifts and weekly pay of $2,108–$2,252. The nurse provides direct care to adult telemetry and step-down patients, including rhythm monitoring and care for post-cardiac procedures. The role supports patient outcomes through medication administration, monitoring, documentation, wound and line care, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Weekend coverage is every other weekend; on-call is not required.

What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered care for adults on telemetry/step-down
• monitor rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias
• care for post-cardiac catheterization and surgical patients and patients with pacemakers/AICDs
• administer medications and vasoactive infusions as permitted by policy and monitor response
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care and discharge planning
• document in the electronic chart
• provide wound and line care as appropriate
• float within the service line
• cover every other weekend.
