Aesthetic Medical Assistant

The Aesthetic Medical Assistant role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. Pay is $24–$30 per hour. The position supports SkinSpirit’s aesthetic specialists and clinic operations, helping provide personalized skincare and medically proven treatments. The role coordinates client flow and provides back-office support, from intake and treatment preparation to charting and room readiness. It also contributes to clinic efficiency through appointment rebooking and product sales.

What you'll do

• Support aesthetic specialists with patient intake, treatment preparation, and pre- and post-care
• prepare equipment and examination rooms and clean instruments
• manage medical supply inventory
• complete charting and consents
• attend monthly trainings and meetings
• assist with product sales, appointment rebooking, and social media content as directed. Travel to other locations may be required for training.
