What you'll do

• Research and evaluate systems and problems
• support system integration, site surveys, verification and validation, and cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analysis
• develop strategic implementation plans and designs
• document and mitigate risks
• collaborate with vendors and technical groups
• support security and compliance documentation
• develop plans, SOPs, schedules, and project artifacts
• lead Tier III desktop support
• and oversee desktop imaging, SCCM, and GPO support.
