What you'll do

• Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management.
• Deliver accurate monthly financials within 10 business days.
• Maintain clean balance sheet reconciliations and audit-ready books.
• Oversee billing, collections, and transaction accuracy.
• Enforce internal controls and process standardization.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive automation.
• Ensure accurate job costing, margin visibility, and cost allocation.
• Partner with operations on revenue recognition and profitability.
• Improve DSO, billing speed, and cash conversion cycle.
• Build and own 13-week cash flow forecasting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
