The Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shifts role is onsite in Bolingbrook, IL, providing care in clients’ homes. Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for eligible weekend shifts. Senior Helpers’ age-friendly care approach focuses on What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility to help older adults live safely and independently at home. Caregivers provide support based on each client’s care plan, helping with personal care, daily activities, companionship, and safety. The role contributes to clients’ independence while offering care aligned with their individual needs; CNA certification is valued but not required.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s care plan, provide companionship
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• help with shopping and errands
• provide transportation to appointments and activities
• give medication reminders
• and provide dementia and memory care support.
