What you'll do

• Accept or decline referrals based on agency criteria
• communicate with referral sources, sales teams, clients, and local agency operations
• obtain and document verbal orders where required
• document referral information and follow-up in medical records
• respond to referrals from fax, phone, and online portals
• review Medicare eligibility alerts where applicable
• request missing clinical and discharge documents.
