What you'll do

• Maintain and service assigned personal lines accounts
• support production efforts after accounts are bound
• seek referrals, round out accounts, and cross-sell
• analyze client needs, policies, and proposals to identify exposures and recommend coverage
• prepare insurance summaries and proposals
• process client communications and maintain account files
• follow up on service requests
• assist with billing and claims
• review renewals and risk exposures
• manage pre-expiration reports, binders, and aged receivables
• address cancellation requests
• and maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
