Activities Director

The Activities Director role is onsite in Macomb, IL, with pay of $18.50–$21.50 per hour. Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities and aims to create vibrant communities for older adults. The director develops and manages meaningful programs that reflect residents’ interests and support active aging. The role coordinates events, staff, volunteers, and transportation while encouraging resident participation and contributing to community engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement resident programs
• supervise activity assistants, volunteers, and drivers where applicable
• manage the monthly event calendar and activity-related move-in actions
• research, evaluate, approve, and modify events
• publish the monthly program calendar by the 15th
• engage and motivate residents
• participate in sales activities
• support community public relations
• manage departmental goals and budgets
• serve as manager-on-duty regularly
• coordinate resident transportation and outside events
• recruit, train, and manage volunteers where applicable.
