What you'll do

• Manage assigned client relationships and serve as the primary customer contact
• conduct client check-ins, site visits, and business reviews
• identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and projects
• develop proposals
• coordinate with internal teams
• monitor project delivery and resolve service concerns
• manage account pricing, margins, renewals, billing support, CRM records, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
