Program Director

Job overview

The Program Director role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with pay of $27–$35 per hour. Steps Therapy provides programs designed to enhance children’s independence through behavior therapy, data collection, and developmentally appropriate programming. The director designs and implements behavior intervention programs for young children with special needs, supports families in reinforcing learned skills, and develops Behavior Technicians. Oversight, data review, and collaboration help ensure program integrity and progress toward children’s goals.

What you'll do

• Provide weekly and biweekly oversight of individual programs
• collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• monitor data paths and assist with data analysis. Support staff development and training, participate in parent training and monthly team meetings, and contribute to progress reporting.
