What you'll do

• Manage selection and placement of security professionals and first-line supervisors
• create and maintain post schedules and staffing coverage
• manage overtime and flex staffing
• maintain contact with security professionals and coordinate training
• process weekly timesheets and payroll
• audit timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies
• conduct employee counseling and disciplinary sessions
• document and follow up on employee issues
• support termination procedures
• enforce post-specific policies and training.
