What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets
• serve as a contact in person, by phone, and by email
• answer service questions
• create and update client and pet profiles
• schedule appointments
• assist with check-ins and check-outs
• process payments
• communicate between clients and care teams
• provide follow-up service
• maintain an organized front desk
• work with veterinary, daycare, grooming, and other pet-care teams.
