What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate patient care activities
• assign patients to staff and manage bed control
• assess patient needs and staffing resources
• respond to security and emergency incidents
• facilitate admissions and transfers
• maintain accurate staffing and incident documentation
• support staff training and competency validation
• provide clinical guidance
• assist with quality improvement and patient complaint follow-up.

Why this role
