Research Scientist

• Own project deliverables for new product technologies and process improvements
• manage schedules and provide updates

• support process scaling and issue resolution
• process human cells and tissues as needed
• conduct literature reviews and experiments
• analyze data
• develop and validate assay protocols
• prepare research documents
• maintain equipment and lab resources
• train associate research staff

Why this role

Requires a doctoral degree in a scientific discipline with three years of postdoctoral experience and one year of industry experience, or a qualifying master’s degree and industry experience. Project management and research and development experience are required; tissue banking experience is preferred.
