What you'll do
- Support contract setup, project administration, and field coordination
- maintain project data in the PMIS
- prepare bid packages
- manage submittals and RFIs
- support permits and project documentation
- monitor site activities and material deliveries
- attend production and safety meetings
- coordinate with clients, trade contractors, and design partners
- track schedule progress, installations, QA/QC, procurement, and change management
- and contribute to project closeout.
