What you'll do

• Tour properties or homes with prospective tenants
• assist with marketing and advertising vacancies
• run background checks
• explain lease terms, rental rates, and payment periods
• survey competing lease rates and market trends
• maintain leasing files
• assist the leasing or community manager with apartment readiness walks
• identify and report relevant changes to laws or property guidelines
• protect confidential information.

Why this role

Requires a high school education, 1–2 years of experience, administrative or specialized clerical experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience are preferred. Schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
