What you'll do

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, eldercare facilities, and community partners
• conduct outbound calls and in-person visits
• identify business opportunities using market data and community insight
• present information about hospice services and outcomes
• collaborate on referral-to-admission processes
• represent Varco at community events
• report daily activity to the Administrator
• follow up on referrals to address barriers to care.
