The Memory Care Care Partner (CNA) role is full-time and in person in Bethesda, MD. Compensation is $19.50–$21.75 per hour, based on experience. The Care Partner supports residents in the Connections and Haven memory care neighborhoods at The Kensington Bethesda. The role provides resident-centered assistance with daily living while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and engagement. Care Partners help residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, observation, and community activities according to individual needs and abilities.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, nutrition and hydration, skin care, range of motion, vital signs and observation, communication and documentation, and environmental safety
• participate in activities as needed
• protect privacy and follow HIPAA requirements
• encourage independence and community participation
• and support safe transfers, repositioning, and grooming.
