What you'll do

• Supervise subrogation staff and claim assignments
• guide subrogation strategies and assess collection viability
• track recoveries and analyze claim reports and trends
• review, negotiate, and recommend settlements for claims above staff authority
• manage vendor, attorney, expert, and third-party administrator relationships
• oversee staffing and performance management
• identify training needs and deliver training
• maintain knowledge of subrogation regulations and legal requirements
• address internal and external customer needs.
