Assistant Coach — North America, Remote

What you'll do

• Provide tailored coaching on behalf of coaches
• deploy coach templates and protocols
• manage client inboxes and respond within service levels
• adapt to coach workflows and schedules
• manage client renewals and cancellations
• identify and handle upsell opportunities
• provide first-line app support and escalate issues when needed.
