Business Development & Community Relations Representative

The Business Development & Community Relations Representative role is onsite in Cary, NC, with a stated base salary range of $55,000–$85,000 per year plus performance-based incentive compensation. Triangle Smart Divorce is a family law firm whose mission is to help people make smart decisions to build the life they want. The representative builds and maintains referral relationships, strengthens client and former-client connections, and expands the firm’s community visibility. By coordinating with marketing, legal, intake, and leadership teams, the role helps turn introductions and community opportunities into sustained relationships and qualified opportunities.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain referral relationships
• manage a centralized referral pipeline and follow-up plans
• support referral campaigns
• represent the firm at professional and community events
• assess event and sponsorship opportunities
• coordinate event logistics and follow-up
• develop media and community relationships
• manage client and former-client touchpoints
• gather client feedback and identify experience improvements.
