What you'll do

• Lead proposal, negotiation, and management of complex contracts
• collaborate with teams, customers, and outside counsel to close contracts
• review contractual terms and applicable flow-down and quality requirements
• oversee import/export compliance with ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFAR, and other regulations
• coordinate product and technology jurisdiction and classification with engineering and operations
• prepare and submit import/export licenses and authorizations
• maintain export compliance programs, policies, and training
• monitor regulatory updates
• track contracts and renewals
• develop automated workflows and tools
• communicate contract terms and risks to stakeholders.
