What you'll do

• Support customer demonstrations, pilots, evaluations, and events
• assess sites and configure robotic equipment
• install and configure robots, map routes, and validate autonomous operation
• document deployments and troubleshoot issues
• train customer operators and Tennant personnel
• coach customers and help resolve barriers to consistent use
• provide first-line post-deployment support and escalate issues
• maintain product and cleaning application expertise
• collaborate across sales, service, business development, and customer success
• travel at least 30%.
