The Part-Time Therapist – LCSW, LCPC (Flexible Schedule) role is onsite at the Rosecrance Urbana Office in Urbana, IL. Compensation is $34.19 per hour. The therapist supports Rosecrance’s behavioral health services for people and families facing substance use and mental health challenges. The therapist provides individual, group, and family counseling and helps clients address clinical and case management needs. The role contributes to treatment continuity by developing treatment plans, educating clients and families, coordinating with staff, and maintaining required clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions
• complete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• identify clinical and case management needs
• educate clients and support members about treatment and recovery
• provide primary case management for designated clients
• maintain compliant client records
• communicate with staff
• present workshops and training
• participate in clinical team meetings
• maintain confidentiality.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in a related field and Illinois licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT. Schedule is 16 hours per week, with flexible Monday–Friday hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; Saturday availability is also offered from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
