What you'll do

• Own the business side of the Palantir transformation engagement, including priorities, workflows, requirements, vendor direction, adoption, and outcomes. Design workflows for demand and capacity planning, sourcing, buying, production visibility, and sales-order execution. Translate operational needs into process maps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operating standards. Coordinate with technology, data, planning, buying, manufacturing, program, and site leaders
• lead a rotating matrix team
• drive process optimization, change management, training, and adoption. Mobilize planning automation and develop a sales-order operating model.
