What you'll do

• Prepare food for afternoon-tea reservations and made-to-order small bites
• bake and prepare scones, muffins, desserts, and other menu items
• follow daily prep lists and manage time
• plate food neatly and consistently
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen
• label, date, and rotate ingredients
• assist with dishes, restocking, ordering, and inventory
• contribute ideas for seasonal menu items.
