What you'll do

• Build relationships with referral sources and community organizations
• conduct in-person visits
• identify partnership opportunities
• represent the agency at networking events and health fairs
• track outreach and referrals
• assist with initial client inquiries and intake as needed
• maintain marketing records
• support local marketing strategies and materials
• manage an independent outreach schedule.
