What you'll do

• Rent apartments to prospective residents
• respond to phone and email inquiries
• show apartments and community amenities
• market the community and conduct outreach
• collect application information and enter it into the computer system
• communicate application decisions
• assist with lease applications and payments
• schedule move-ins and needed maintenance
• maintain resident files
• discuss lease renewals
• route service requests and prepare reports.
