Loan Servicing Representative

What you'll do

• Process mortgage, equity, and consumer loan payoffs and charge-offs
• handle escrow accounts, insurance, liens, payments, mortgage filings, loan modifications, and auto transfer requests
• respond to member inquiries and service requests
• maintain accurate loan records and review daily reports
• generate monthly reports and remittances
• perform quality control on loan files
• support branches and the member solutions center
• coordinate with departments to resolve servicing issues
• assist with audits and provide training and support to team members.
