What you'll do

• Set strategy for gathering power architecture requirements from customer engineering teams. Translate system-level architectures, including 800V bus conversion and busbar distribution, into connector and cable requirements. Present solution strategies and roadmap alignment to customer leaders
• shape multi-year product roadmaps and investment decisions
• define specification frameworks and documentation standards
• serve as a technical escalation point for qualification, validation, and design-in challenges
• represent the organization in industry standards bodies
• provide customer and market insight
• mentor technical staff. Domestic and international travel as needed.
