What you'll do

• Process policy changes and submit updates to carriers
• issue certificates, ID cards, and insurance documents
• handle first notice of loss and claims communications
• assist with billing questions, payments, and cancellations
• identify opportunities for additional coverage
• maintain accurate client records
• manage phone, email, mail, and walk-in communications
• and assist with the internal social media platform. Selling additional coverage is optional for licensed customer service representatives.
