Behavior Technician, Taylor Mill

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Latonia, KY, with compensation of $19–$24 per hour. The position supports children on the autism spectrum through one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The technician implements teaching procedures with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, records behavior and skill-acquisition data, and helps children work toward goals through structured, individualized sessions.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clinic
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data
• use Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and other teaching and reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan
• collaborate with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
