What you'll do

• Manage luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through final walk-through
• coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• lead procurement
• track schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
• provide client progress updates
• conduct site visits
• supervise and support construction teams
• and identify and mitigate project risks.
