What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas according to the Master Sanitation Schedule and Standard Operating Procedures
• operate pressure washers, foam applicators, chemical dosing systems, floor scrubbers, and squeegees
• mix cleaning agents to specified concentrations
• inspect equipment and report food safety hazards, damage, or pest activity
• follow PPE, GMP, and LOTO procedures
• monitor supplies and report shortages.
